Acceptable Use Policy

The Platform is provided for legitimate educational purposes. Teachers may use it to manage classes, create assignments, run classroom activities, and track student learning. Students may use it to complete assigned work under the direction of their Teacher.

2.1 Harmful or Illegal Content

• Upload, share, or transmit content that is illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, or discriminatory.
• Harass, bully, or intimidate other users.
• Violate the privacy of any individual, including by sharing personal information about others without their consent.

2.2 Security and Integrity

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, system, or data.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Platform or any of its infrastructure.
• Introduce viruses, malware, or any other harmful code.
• Perform or attempt to perform denial-of-service attacks.
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Platform by automated means without prior written consent.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform.

2.3 Account Misuse

• Share your login credentials with any other person.
• Create accounts under false pretences or impersonate another person or organisation.
• Use another person's account without their authorisation.
• Create duplicate accounts to circumvent a suspension or limitation.

2.4 Student Data

• Use student personal information for any purpose outside of the educational services provided by the Platform.
• Export or copy student data for use in any system not authorised by your School.
• Allow students to access teacher-level features or administrative data.

2.5 Commercial Misuse

• Use the Platform to promote or advertise products or services without Edufied's prior written consent.
• Resell, sublicence, or otherwise commercialise access to the Platform.

Teachers are responsible for ensuring that their students use the Platform in accordance with this AUP. If a student engages in prohibited conduct, the responsible Teacher's account may be subject to action.

We encourage Teachers to establish clear expectations with their students before introducing them to the Platform.

If you become aware of conduct that may violate this AUP, please report it to support@edufied.com.au. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.

Violations of this AUP may result in, depending on severity:

1. Warning: notification that the behaviour must cease immediately.
2. Temporary suspension: access to the Platform is suspended while we investigate.
3. Permanent termination: the account is permanently removed.
4. Legal action: for serious breaches such as unauthorised access, data theft, or illegal activity, we reserve the right to report the matter to law enforcement and/or pursue legal remedies.
